Job Title: BSA with Nice CXOne
Location: Plano, Texas (Day1 onsite)
Duration:12+Months
- General understanding of contact center workflow and IVR applications
- Knowledge of Nice CXOne applications like Central, CX softphone, salesforce agents, CXOne reporting and dashboard and Omnichannel routing
- IVR call flow experience.
- Experience in working on projects with IVR call flow modifications to promote self-service.
- Hands on experience on REST API.
- Experience on JIRA
