Payment platform Lead

We are seeking an experienced Payment Platform Lead with 15+ years of experience in payment platforms and global payments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Finastra payment platforms and a solid understanding of enterprise/global payment processing environments.

The candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, driving payment platform initiatives, and collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver scalable and reliable payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Finastra payment platform initiatives and implementations.
• Provide technical leadership for global payment platforms and payment processing solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze payment requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Drive platform enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and production support.
• Ensure payment solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex payment platform issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong payment domain expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Finastra payment platforms.
• Strong understanding of global payments / payment processing.
• Experience leading enterprise payment platform initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of payment flows, integrations, and transaction processing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• W2 only.
