Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking clients, ensuring excellence in all Customer Support Services interactions.
• Analyze client needs to provide tailored solutions, maintaining the high service standards of our consultancy partners.
• Resolve complex inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat platforms.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to contribute to the ongoing improvement of support processes.
• Collaborate with international teams to meet and exceed performance KPIs and quality benchmarks.
• Utilize deep product knowledge to troubleshoot issues and offer proactive, value-added guidance to end-users.
• Participate in regular feedback sessions to foster a culture of continuous growth and development within the support unit.

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality Customer Support Services.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a service-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment in Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in a contact center or service-led industry is highly preferred.
