Prockured is a growing procurement and e-commerce business serving an established client base. We're expanding our sales function to keep pace with increasing inbound demand and are looking for someone who can own the full cycle - from first inquiry to long-term client relationship.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Sales Executive to manage ecommerce inquiries, generate and convert new leads, and retain key client relationships. This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who wants to directly influence revenue outcomes, not just execute a fixed script.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and convert incoming ecommerce inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Proactively generate new leads through outreach and market research
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts to drive retention and repeat business
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and client records using Excel/CRM tools
  • Coordinate with the internal operations (OMS) team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and client satisfaction
  • Report on sales activity, conversion rates, and account health to leadership

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, ecommerce, or client-facing roles (freshers with demonstrated sales aptitude welcome)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi)
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and inquiries simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with direct accountability
