IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise IT initiatives from planning through execution and closeout in a matrix environment. This role partners with business and technical teams to deliver strategic projects, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive operational improvements. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. This is a fully remote U.S. position with one opening requiring occasional domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project management including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and resource planning.
• Manage cross-functional teams across business, engineering, operations, logistics, vendors, and IT.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and status reports while ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with sponsors, PMO, and stakeholders to align project objectives and priorities.
• Facilitate business process mapping, workshops, and requirements gathering.
• Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Support IT infrastructure, ITIL/ITSM processes, information security, and data privacy initiatives.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Workday/ERP, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, and project management tools to track execution.
• Present project updates to leadership and support continuous process improvements using Lean, Agile, or CCPM methodologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT Project Management and project leadership experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder communications.
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, ITIL, ITSM, information security, and regulated IT environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and standard PC applications.
• Experience with Workday or similar ERP/HCM systems; Monday.com and Azure DevOps preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with vendor management and working with senior leadership is preferred.
• PMP and/or ITIL Certification is a plus.
• Ability to support global teams; willingness to travel domestically/internationally for the travel-designated role.
