Performance Testing

Introduction

This position requires 3-5+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Test Automation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation and performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Selenium, or equivalent. They should be able to lead test automation teams, collaborate with various teams, and have strong experience in defect management, test reporting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated test cases for performance testing
• Identify and implement performance metrics
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams
• Execute automation and performance testing
• Generate reports from testing execution
• Maintain records of test discrepancies
• Provide feedback to development and infrastructure teams
• Lead test automation and performance test development
• Review Business Requirements Documents and Specifications
• Oversee defects from identification to resolution
• Provide test expertise and coaching
• Participate in overall test automation and performance testing strategy
• Design test result reporting
• Coordinate with other team members

Requirements

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in test automation or performance testing role
• Deep experience in test automation and performance testing software tools
• Knowledge of test automation and performance testing for various applications
• Experience leading a team of test automation engineers
• Good communication skills and problem-solving ability
• Understanding of SAP Platform and business processes such as O2C, P2P, R2R, etc.

Desirable Skills

• Experience Required: 6-8 years
