• Assess each ERGO company for its existing ITSM process and the transformation to the global guideline and target state.
• Ensure the technical set up to enable ServiceNow discovery is completed within a specified time frame.
• Oversee training and knowledge enablement, ensuring new resources fully understand the group processes and way of working.
• Co-ordinate between project resources, local technical teams and internal functions to ensure work packages are delivered in a streamlined manner.
• Produce documentation to compliment procedures and process designs from local as-is ITSM to target ITSM.
• Work with the local teams and internal SMEs to ensure each entity is information domain compliant based on DORA guidelines.
• Support decision making and provide direction for ITSM process roll out.
• Prepare project governance focusing on clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and decisionmaking mechanisms to ensure transparency, effective communication, and consistent management throughout all stages of the project.
