Payroll HR Assistant

Condux International Inc is seeking a Payroll HR Assistant to support accurate, timely payroll and HR administration in our manufacturing environment. This role processes timecards, updates HRIS and employee records, assists with benefits enrollments, and helps ensure compliance with wage and hour laws. You'll respond to employee payroll and HR inquiries, prepare reports for HR and Finance, and coordinate with supervisors to resolve discrepancies. Work closely with a safety-focused, hands-on team that supports critical power and fiber infrastructure projects worldwide.
