The Role • Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow management and team leadership. • Ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience and high levels of customer satisfaction. • Handle all operational tasks within the sales floor and stockroom. • Manage incoming goods, product presentation on the sales floor, and quality control, including shelf-life checks. • Maintain stock levels for fresh produce and baked goods, ensuring product freshness. • Perform cashier duties and provide support for stockroom and cleaning tasks. What You'll Need • A vocational qualification in retail, or relevant professional experience. • A friendly demeanor and a genuine enjoyment of customer interaction. • A proactive and dedicated approach to hands-on tasks. • Flexibility, team spirit, organizational talent, and leadership experience. • Good German language skills (B1 level or higher) for effective customer communication.
