The Role • Perform maintenance and repair of production machinery and systems in the fine ceramics industry. • Utilize various metalworking techniques including drilling, grinding, milling, and welding. • Inspect components for functionality and wear, and conduct assembly and disassembly tasks. • Identify and resolve malfunctions, potentially during ongoing production. • Work in a shift system (early, late, and night shifts) with occasional day shift coverage. • Participate in on-call duties for immediate response when needed. What You'll Need • Completed apprenticeship in a technical field (e.g., industrial mechanic, metalworker) or equivalent qualification. • Several years of experience in maintenance with solid technical knowledge. • Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics is advantageous. • A forklift license is desirable but not mandatory. • Ability to work independently, demonstrate commitment, and take responsibility. • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
