Detailed Job Description:
Technical/Functional Skills · Provide in-depth AI expertise to support the technical relationship with Azure customers, including product and solution briefings, creating demos, proof-of-concept work, and partner directly with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to Azure AI Services (Cognitive services portfolio, Azure Open AI). · Deploy and maintain Azure resources and other cloud technologies. · Well experienced in the usage of PowerShell and Terraform · Experience in Python scripting · Implementation and support for Networking, Databases, Software, and Servers in the Cloud. · Design architecture for integrating core infrastructure technologies in support of enterprise applications. · Perform risk assessments of existing and new technology deployments. · Recommend, implement, and monitor security auditing and alerting solutions. · Monitor cloud and on-premise resources to verify integrity and availability. · Troubleshoot operational issues, escalate as appropriate and offer solutions. · Collaborate with application development, network/security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration within the production environment, including validation planning, validation testing coordination, and reporting production readiness for deployment. · Establish standards, tools, and processes to be used by the team and create procedures to guarantee adherence and compliance to those standards. · Develop, document, and understand internal IT processes and procedures. · Utilize automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar. · Ensure timely resolution of issues, responsible for communicating with all impacted parties the status and resolution of all issues. · Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices on Azure AI. · The Azure Cloud Administrator will help to employ technical expertise to the design, implementation, testing, and ongoing support of the Data Lake cloud infrastructure · The Cloud Administrator will specifically be responsible for developing Network and Security best practices for Azure Data Platform, provide expertise in Azure infrastructure as code, administer and maintain production platforms to meet SLAs, and creating CI/CD Pipelines for deployment · Be a trusted advisor to our top customers, helping them understand and incorporate AI accelerators into their overall cloud strategy by recommending migration paths, integration strategies, and application architecture that incorporate Azure Cognitive services / Azure Open AI. · Demonstrate how Azure AI is differentiated, highlighting the power of accelerators by working with customers on POCs, demonstrating features, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking. · Build repeatable assets to enable other customers and internal teams. · Influence Azure AI strategy by leveraging Cognitive Services, Search and Azure Open AI models by advocating enterprise customer requirements. · Address security and IP, performance, scalability, and customer readiness · Engages in conversation with customers and collaborates with account and partner teams to drive and qualify new opportunities, understand key technical objections, and resolve technical blockers. · Identifies customer business and technology readiness, proactively builds external stakeholders'' mapping, implements strategies to accelerate the closing of deals, contributes input on strategies to drive and close prioritized opportunities, coaches junior team members in deal plan execution, and implements close plans.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Azure Administrator works with clients and internal stakeholders and will be responsible for daily BAU tasks including network diagnostics, VPN configurations, and firewall policy changes.
