QA Automation Test Engineer/IVR

Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing test cases / automation testing
• Data Mapping and estimating work effort/ IVR Requirements
• Identifying the IVR conditions for requesting test data
• Test data submission requests, preparing smoke testing data
• Validating test data using postman/Soap UI
• Identifying test cases from requirements
• Test Strategy and planning, defining test scenarios and test cases, developing and maintaining scripts and analyzing bugs
• Executing the test cases and raising the defects using the Defect Tracking tool (Jira), documenting in confluence and Q test/Quality Center.
• Performance is measured by the quality, accuracy and timeliness of assigned tasks

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: - "IVR", AWS Connect , Amazon Connect ,Spanish ,Avaya ,Automation
• Role is unique as it requires deep knowledge of both Avaya and AWS Connect, IVR systems and call center workflows.
• Education Required: Bachelors
• Years of experience required: 2-4 years required with responsibilities listed in section above and with the following test management tools: JIRA, Cyara automation, postman/SoapUI.
• Additional qualities to look for: Testing within an agile framework, API testing, AWS Connect Lambda testing, Dynamo DB testing, Chat/SMS testing, payment and billing testing.
• Preferred experience with qTest, Automation tool for load testing K6, Tosca automation.
