Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead Engineer to join our growing Software Engineering team in Chicago. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining scalable software solutions for key initiatives in the insurance sector. responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of highly scalable, full-stack software solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate modern features and deliver high-quality products.
  • Perform complex technical analysis and troubleshoot challenging issues to ensure platform stability and performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers by sharing industry best practices and code standards.



qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.


6 to 9 years of hands-on experience with React.js, .NET Core, Microsoft Azure SQL, ASP.NET Web API, and .NET programming.


Proven domain and industry experience working within the Insurance sector.
