The Role • Drive new business growth within an assigned territory through prospecting and relationship building. • Conduct on-site assessments and present tailored solutions for uniform rental and facility services. • Develop proposals and close multi-year service agreements. • Maintain accurate client information and sales activities in the CRM system. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding. What You'll Need • 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in related industries. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle. • Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching. • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle. • Ability to prospect and qualify leads through various methods including cold calling and networking.
