Sr. UI Developer ( React )

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI Developer (React) with 10+ years of overall software development experience and deep expertise in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with React.js, modern JavaScript, front-end architecture, performance optimization, and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and responsive UI components.
• Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible interfaces.
• Develop complex single-page applications (SPAs) using modern React practices.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best coding practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement scalable solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.
• Strong knowledge of React Hooks, Functional Components, and Component Lifecycle.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and API integration.
• Proficiency with responsive design using Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with state management libraries.
• Knowledge of Webpack, Vite, Babel, and modern build tools.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
• Strong understanding of browser compatibility, performance optimization, and debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
