Job Description

Position Overview

  • Role: Lead GenAI / AI-ML SME Network Anomaly Agentic Program

  • Location: Denver, CO (Strictly local candidates / 4 Days Onsite per week)

  • Core Tech: Python, LangGraph / LangChain, RAG, Multi-Agent Orchestration, Tool Calling, Vector Stores (OpenSearch / Pinecone / pgvector)

  • Domain Focus: Network Operations, Telecommunications, Anomaly Detection, Incident Triage

Key Responsibilities

  • Agentic Program Leadership: Serve as the technical SME guiding solution architecture, agentic patterns, and technical execution for the Network Anomaly program.

  • Multi-Agent Systems: Design, build, and evaluate multi-agent workflows using LangGraph / LangChain to automate anomaly triage, root-cause investigation, and operational insights.

  • Advanced RAG Engineering: Architect RAG pipelines utilizing embeddings, hybrid retrieval, re-ranking, and vector databases (Pinecone, OpenSearch, pgvector) over network logs, documentation, and incident history.

  • Tool Calling & Deterministic Workflows: Implement structured outputs, function/tool calling, agent routing, and validation patterns for high-reliability network environments.

  • Stakeholder & Architecture Partnership: Collaborate with network engineers, product owners, and platform architects to translate operational runbooks into executable AI workflows.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong software engineering background in Python with proven delivery of production-grade GenAI / LLM / Agentic applications.

  • Hands-on expertise with LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent multi-agent orchestration frameworks.

  • Deep technical mastery of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and streaming.

  • Proven track record building RAG solutions (vector search, embeddings, hybrid search, and re-ranking).

  • Experience or strong familiarity with network operations, anomaly detection, incident triage, telecommunications, or IT operations (AIOps) use cases.

  • Strong consulting and communication skills to lead architecture reviews and interface with client leadership.

  • Preferred: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform AI/ML certifications.

  • Must be locally based in the Greater Denver, CO area and able to work 4 days on-site.
