System Administrator II with Security Clearance

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator II to join our Corporate IT team in Huntsville, AL (Discovery). You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing TSC's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across platforms and systems. Key Responsibilities: * Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve diverse IT issues across laptops, desktops, networks, and telecommunications.
* System Management: Configure, manage, and maintain Microsoft, Linux and MacOS operating systems.
* Security: Implement and manage security protocols to ensure compliance and data integrity.
* Collaboration: Work with the IT team to resolve escalated issues and provide user guidance.
* User Support: Deliver training and documentation to help employees use IT systems and tools effectively. Required Qualifications: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field ( equivalent education or experience considered). * 2-4 or more years of experience in IT support roles ( equivalent experience considered ).
* U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience managing and configuring:
* Microsoft 365 GCC High, SharePoint Online, and Exchange.
* Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, and Intune.
* Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu)
* Red Hat Satellite Server.
* Mac OS and Mac Support
* Current Microsoft or CompTIA certifications (e.g., Azure, Windows Server, A+, Network+, Security+).
* CompTIA Security +
* CompTIA A+
