  • Insurance Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance concepts, processes, and regulations is beneficial for understanding business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: The ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues is vital for troubleshooting and maintaining Guidewire products.

Detailed Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter integrations with external systems including rating engines, payment gateways, document services, and core platforms.
  • Implement and configure SOAP/REST APIs, Messaging infrastructure (Kafka, JMS), and integration plugins.
  • Lead the architecture and design of new integration flows, including data mapping and error handling strategies.
  • Develop custom plugins for pre/post submission logic, policy lifecycle events, and claim/policy sync.
  • Guide and mentor development teams on integration best practices and performance tuning.
  • Support end-to-end testing, debugging, and issue resolution across environments.
  • Collaborate with BAs, QA, CloudOps, and DevOps teams to ensure successful deployments and monitoring.

  • Exception provided to consider visa dependent candidates.
  • Valid visa with min 12 months validity.

  • Must be good with 5 days onsite working as per customer expectation along with 6 months contract to hire.
