Business Development Executive - Tamil / Hindi

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive for Tamil & Hindi proficiency to counsel prospective learners, recommend the right upskilling programs, and drive enrollments through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from company-generated leads.

2. Follow-Up: Nurture leads by following up on inquiries and maintaining communication through various channels (phone calls, emails, etc.).

3. Closing the deal: Work closely with the internal Team to facilitate the closing process, including negotiations and overcoming objections.

4. Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their value propositions to prospects.

5. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for the Webinar based on qualified leads.

6. CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

7. Collaboration: Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment in lead generation efforts and strategies.

Eligibility

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Fluency in Tamil & Hindi (English is a plus).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Minimum 12th Pass education required.
