About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing compelling sales strategies, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and business opportunities across Europe, UK, the Nordics, and other international markets.

• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, email outreach, cold calling, and other prospecting channels to build a strong sales pipeline.

• Drive business development initiatives with international clients across IT services and solutions.

• Identify market trends and customer needs to build and maintain a robust short-, medium-, and

long-term sales pipeline.

• Conduct data gathering, market mapping, and research analysis to support sales strategy. Follow up on new business opportunities and schedule client meetings.

• Build and nurture strong professional relationships with prospects and clients.

• Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and execute personalized outreach campaigns.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture opportunities and create long-term business potential.

• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting targets.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the IT services and software development industry.

• Work closely with the Business Development Manager and leadership team to support sales initiatives and market expansion efforts.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CRM platforms, and sales automation tools.

• Strong cold-calling, email marketing, and outbound prospecting experience.

• Proven experience generating leads and securing meetings in international markets.

• Demonstrated success in generating qualified opportunities for IT services and software consulting companies.

• Familiarity with technologies such as Web Development, Mobile Applications, Cloud Solutions, AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Custom Software Development.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented professional with a strong hunter mindset.

• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve lead generation targets.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or IT Sales within an IT Services or Software Consulting company.

• Strong understanding of outbound lead generation, prospecting, and appointment-setting strategies.

• Mandatory experience working in an IT services-based company.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to create professional emails, presentations, and client-facing communication.

Preferred Qualification

  • An MBA in Marketing, Sales, International Business, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
