Job Description

Position: Organizational Change Management Lead

100% Remote

Hiring: W2 Contract/ Fulltime

Summary: Lead organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training readiness, adoption activities, and business transition support for the ServiceNow implementation program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute OCM strategy and adoption plan.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
  • Identify and manage Change Champion network.
  • Develop communication plans, messaging, and awareness campaigns.
  • Coordinate UAT readiness and business adoption activities.
  • Develop training readiness plans and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze adoption feedback.
  • Support go-live communications and hypercare transition activities.
  • Prepare OCM deliverables and executive reporting.

Required Experience:

  • 8+ years of OCM and transformation experience.
  • Experience supporting ServiceNow or enterprise platform implementations.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and executive communications.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and training programs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Prosci Change Management Certification
  • Certified Change Management Professional
  • ServiceNow Fundamentals or ServiceNow Platform Overview (preferred)
  • PMP or Agile certification (preferred)
