Technical Hatchery Lead - Prawn Breeding & Ops

Tassal Group is seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator for our prawn hatchery team in Proserpine. You will oversee broodstock maturation and assist larval rearing, algae production, and domestication programs with a focus on welfare, biosecurity, and production performance.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead hatchery operations, coordinate daily activities, and drive improvements to sustain Australia's leading prawn breeding program.
