We are currently working with a highly regarded secondary school in Hounslow that is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Teacher to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis from January 2025. The Role:

• Full-time, Temp-to-Perm: This position is initially offered on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
• Teaching Business Studies: You will be responsible for teaching Business Studies across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 5 depending on your experience and expertise.
• Curriculum Development: You will play an active role in the development and delivery of the Business Studies curriculum, ensuring that it is engaging and relevant to the needs of all students.
• Assessment and Feedback: You will be responsible for assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their learning.
• Pastoral Responsibilities: You will act as a form tutor, providing guidance and support to a group of students.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must hold Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
• Subject Expertise: You should have a strong understanding of the Business Studies curriculum and a passion for teaching the subject.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Commitment to Inclusion: You should be committed to promoting inclusion and equality in the classroom.
