Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce architecture experience, expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, and a proven track record of managing technical programs and cross-functional teams.

This role requires strong technical acumen, stakeholder management, program leadership, and a process-optimization mindset. The successful candidate will be hands-on in solving technical challenges while driving critical business initiatives from planning through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

• Lead and manage cross-functional technical programs involving multiple inter-related projects.

• Collaborate with business, engineering, architecture, and product teams to design and launch new Salesforce capabilities.

• Break down complex technical challenges into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery.

• Coordinate launch planning and synchronize program milestones across multiple teams and workflows.

• Develop and implement scalable processes, mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs for large-scale programs.

• Influence short-term and long-term product and technical strategy.

• Assess technical and program risks and develop effective mitigation plans.

• Anticipate bottlenecks, resolve roadblocks, and manage issue escalations.

• Balance business requirements, customer needs, and technical constraints when evaluating solutions and trade-offs.

• Manage the intake queue by prioritizing and triaging requests, ensuring work is properly categorized, assigned, tracked, and delivered.

• Drive stakeholder communication, program planning, implementation, and overall delivery.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the Salesforce project lifecycle.

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Architecture and solution design.

• Proven experience working on Salesforce implementation projects.

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

• Experience designing scalable and integrated Salesforce solutions.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.

• Strong technical program and stakeholder management experience.

• Excellent problem-solving and process-optimization skills.
