Position: Business Analyst / Product Owner

Location: Onsite – San Antonio, TX or Plano, TX (Relocation Assistance Available)

Contract: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our team and drive product strategy, Agile delivery, and stakeholder collaboration within a dynamic financial services environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, features, and user stories.
• Partner with business stakeholders and the CFO team to gather and refine requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate completed features.
• Drive product roadmaps and support Agile/SAFe execution.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, demos, and product governance activities.
• Manage documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

✅ Required Skills:

• Business Analyst and/or Product Owner experience
• Strong SAFe/Agile methodology expertise
• Expert-level JIRA experience
• User story creation, backlog prioritization, and acceptance criteria
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience creating and refining C4s
• Financial services domain experience with investment products, advisory platforms, broker-dealer systems, onboarding, portfolio management, and regulatory processes
• Experience with Pershing and/or NetX360 is highly preferred
