Role Purpose:

The Finance Controller will be responsible for establishing and managing the financial control, accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, budgeting, compliance, and financial governance framework of the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) established for the green ammonia project.

Experience:

12-18 Years of relevant experience , including significant experience in:

Accounting

Financial control of larger capital projects

SPV accounting & reporting

CAPEX control

Tax & Statutory compliance
