Minimum years of experience required: 15 years

Must Have Skills: Extensive SAP Payroll configuration experience on platforms including ECC S4 covering tax remittances, tax configurations BSI, garnishments, yearend processing, Paystubs, 941 filings, unemployment insurance, etc. Able to engage with Payroll Business and operations teams independently.

Proven track record in multiple full lifecycle implementations and US Payroll operations with deep functional knowledge in Payroll, Time Management, Benefits.

Nice to Have Skills: SAP HCM ABAP technical

Detailed Job Description:

• Extensive SAP Payroll configuration experience on platforms including ECC & S4 covering tax remittances, tax configurations (BSI), garnishments, year-end processing, Paystubs, 941 filings, unemployment insurance, etc.
• Able to engage with Payroll Business and operations teams independently.
• Proven track record in multiple full lifecycle implementations and US Payroll operations with deep functional knowledge in Payroll, Time Management, Benefits.
• Nice to have: SAP HCM ABAP technical skills, including development of reports, interfaces, user exits, enhancements, BAPIs, SAP Script, SMARTFORMS, HRFORMS, and module pool programming.
