SCM Systems Analyst

Overview

We’re seeking an SCM Systems Analyst to support supply chain applications, process improvements, and day-to-day operational stability. This role blends functional analysis, systems support, and cross-team coordination to keep supply chain technology running smoothly and continuously improving.

What You’ll Do

• Support SCM-related applications and workflows (order processing, inventory, purchasing, fulfillment, shipping, etc.)
• Act as a liaison between Supply Chain business teams and IT/Engineering
• Gather and translate requirements into clear user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue triage through resolution
• Coordinate testing (SIT/UAT), validate outcomes, and manage production releases or changes
• Maintain documentation, training materials, SOPs, and system/process diagrams
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency, quality, and data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting supply chain systems and business processes (SCM operations, ERP modules, WMS/TMS adjacent tools, etc.)
• Strong analytical and documentation skills (requirements, process mapping, test cases)
• Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing priorities
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical/functional requests

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle SCM, ERP platforms, or large enterprise application environments
• Basic data skills for validation/troubleshooting (Excel advanced; SQL helpful)
• Familiarity with change management, ITIL concepts, or ticketing workflows (ServiceNow/Jira, etc.)
