Domain	Defense or aerospace industry experience desired
Mechanical Engineer	2–5 years of experience in turbo machinery (compressors OR turbines OR ECS subsystems).
Mechanical Engineering & Design 2-5 years	mechanical equipment, systems, and processes for environmental control systems.
CAE tool	Experience in the development of thermal systems or Turbo Machinary is a strong plus
CAD Skills and Tool	Solid works, 3D modeling, Assembly and 2D Drafting
Stress	experience with design, analysis, and development of industrial equipment
Technical Skills	Solves problems related to the assembly, repair, and test
Electrical circuit board	Experience with electrical circuits and control theory a plus
Knowledge	Understanding of military specifications, environmental specifications, and test specifications desired
Presentation Skills	Presents designs to peers, other engineers, and customers
Education	Bachelor's degree (B.S.M.E) from four-year College or University.
Communication Skills	Requires strong oral/written communication skills and must be capable of conducting effective oral presentations to customers.
