84 Months experience as technical architect designing, managing, and developing Oracle Java (J2EE) web applications, using middle ware components ADF, SOA/BPM and support applications ADF 10g/higher. 
84  Months experience as a lead Java web developer with direct participation designing, creating, maintaining and troubleshooting all aspects of Java web applications including integration with LDAP/OID and using VPD, PL/SQL packages, views and triggers 
84 Months experience developing web applications using Oracle JDeveloper 9i, 10g and higher, configuring BC components/ data source and ADF security for web applications. 
60 Months experience training and mentoring technical/programming staff (training, demonstrations multi staff and individual mentoring sessions) 
60 Months experience with Oracle ADF and integration with Oracle BPM process flow applications 
60 Months experience with all phases of systems development life cycle
