Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Developer – Business Applications to design, build, integrate, and operationalize enterprise AI solutions across core business platforms. This is a hands-on development role focused on building AI agents, copilots, RAG-based solutions, workflow automations, prompt libraries, and reusable AI components. The role will partner with Business Applications IT, Security, Data Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and the AI COE to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build enterprise AI agents, copilots, assistants, RAG applications, and workflow automation solutions.
• Develop reusable AI components, including prompt templates, agent frameworks, connector patterns, and orchestration workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Marketo, Snowflake, Gainsight, Jira, and SharePoint.
• Design and implement API-first integrations, retrieval pipelines, vector search, and enterprise data connectivity.
• Develop solutions using AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Workato, and related tools.
• Implement responsible AI guardrails, access controls, human review workflows, monitoring, logging, and evaluation frameworks.
• Partner with business teams to translate AI use cases into scalable technical solutions.
• Support AI intake, feasibility assessment, delivery planning, and reuse of AI patterns across functions.
• Contribute to AI COE standards, implementation playbooks, and engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering, enterprise application development, or business systems development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building AI, LLM, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions.
• Strong understanding of LLM application development, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines.
• Experience building or integrating AI agents, copilots, chatbots, assistants, or automation workflows.
• Strong API integration and enterprise application development experience.
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Snowflake, Marketo, Gainsight, Jira, or SharePoint.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Workato, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of security, access control, data privacy, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to partner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade RAG applications using enterprise content and vector databases.
• Experience with AI observability, evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI controls.
• Experience developing prompt libraries, agent templates, skills, or reusable AI frameworks.
• Experience with Azure, Python, SQL, Snowflake, Salesforce development, or modern API frameworks.
• Experience working in an AI COE, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture environment.
