AMP is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Developer to strengthen operational resilience, service visibility and technology transformation. You'll design, implement and optimise ITOM across CMDB, Discovery, service mapping and automation, ensuring data, insights and platform foundations for reliable operations.
You'll translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions, improve CMDB maturity and explore AI, predictive analytics and Now Assist to improve outcomes.
