Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Governance Consultant to help implement and enhance enterprise AI governance capabilities using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI governance, risk and compliance management, workflow automation, and enterprise platform integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI governance solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and support AI lifecycle management processes.
• Develop governance frameworks for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Build workflows to automate AI governance and compliance activities.
• Configure dashboards, reporting, and compliance playbooks.
• Implement AI risk, security, and compliance controls.
• Support AI asset discovery and observability across enterprise environments.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise AI platforms and business applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish governance standards and best practices.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant AI governance processes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with the ServiceNow Platform.
• Hands-on experience with AI Control Tower or AI Governance solutions.
• Expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
• Experience with AI lifecycle management and governance.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and security principles.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Responsible AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI compliance and regulatory standards.
• Exposure to enterprise AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred.
