We are looking for a Sales Executive - Credit Unions (FS) to join our growing team in the United States

 

Location: US Remote

 

Position Overview:

  • Responsible for new logo sales development of IT quality assurance solutions focused on Financial Services, specifically for Credit Unions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of Financial Services and IT quality assurance trends, challenges, and opportunities to create customized sales strategy and marketing plans.
  • Understanding of Credit Unions, Banking - Retail and Commercial industry.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their Financial Services focused IT quality assurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive positioning within the assigned sectors
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to accurate forecasting.

 

Top Must haves:
10-15 years exp in domain

1. Understanding of Credit Union Domain with Deep relationships across multiple Credit Unions
2. Sales Experience - Building a pipeline and Running a full enterprise sales cycle (target would be around 2M+ a year)
3. Experience Selling IT Services and Solutions with some QA/QE a nice to have.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ Years of Enterprise Sales experience within IT Services or products (Quality Engineering exp, Business Process Outsourcing exp - all a plus)
  • 10+ Years of Credit Union and banking - Retail and Commercial industry.
  • 7+ Years IT Services Delivery and Solutioning experience  
  • Strong understanding of IT quality assurance concepts and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and a results-driven approach.
