OpenManage Enterprise

Introduction:

The OpenManage Enterprise role involves working onsite in Ashburn, VA, for a duration of 960 hours. The ideal candidate will have experience with server hardware troubleshooting, OpenManage Enterprise, SupportAssist, and TechDirect. They will be responsible for installing, configuring, and redeploying enterprise servers, as well as managing and maintaining Dell EMC server management tools.

Responsibilities:

• Install, reconfigure, and redeploy server hardware in enterprise data centers.
• Troubleshoot server hardware issues and provide on-site support.
• Manage and maintain Dell EMC server management tools.
• Perform hardware upgrades and coordinate escalations when needed.
• Participate in planning, daily review meetings, backlog execution, and project reporting.
• Work closely with customer teams, service managers, and technical support to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Experience installing, configuring, and redeploying enterprise servers.
• Strong server hardware troubleshooting and break/fix experience.
• Hands-on experience with OpenManage Enterprise, SupportAssist, and TechDirect.
• Experience with server hardware upgrades (RAM, HDD/SSD, PCIe/add-on cards).
• Knowledge of data center operations and enterprise server environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate with support teams.
• Experience with root cause analysis, documentation, and customer-facing support.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
