Looking for a Genesys Cloud Engineer with strong AWS integration experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX.
Experience developing and maintaining Genesys Architect flows and IVR solutions.
Strong understanding of ACD routing, queues, skills, routing strategies, and contact center operations.
Experience with Genesys Cloud administration, telephony, roles, and permissions.
Hands-on experience integrating Genesys Cloud with AWS services.
Strong experience with AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
Experience with S3, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, and DynamoDB.
Experience developing and troubleshooting REST APIs and secure integrations.
Experience with Genesys Data Actions.
Experience integrating contact center platforms with CRM, ERP, identity, and third-party applications.
Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud platforms, APIs, networking, and telephony.
Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, API keys, and IAM.
Experience supporting production environments with a focus on performance, availability, and reliability.
Strong communication and vendor-management skills.
