Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Data Center Migration, Infrastructure Transformation, and Cloud Modernization initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 - 10 years of Business Analysis experience within Infrastructure, Cloud, or Data Center Transformation programs.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of Data Center Migration, Consolidation, and Modernization projects.
• Experience working with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, Application, and Business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and migration trackers.
• Experience coordinating UAT, validation activities, cutover readiness, and business sign-offs.
• Strong experience in data validation, reconciliation, and post-migration verification.
• Ability to identify and mitigate migration risks and business impacts.
• Experience preparing executive dashboards, governance reports, and program status updates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
