Product Manager – Key Responsibilities

·         Define and communicate the product vision, mission, strategy, and roadmap.

·         Develop, sequence, prioritize, and drive execution of product initiatives and program epics.

·         Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define objectives, and establish OKRs.

·         Conduct product discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, research, and current-state analysis.

·         Gather, document, and validate business requirements, user needs, and future-state processes.

·         Identify pain points, process improvements, and opportunities to deliver business value.

·         Collaborate with Business, Architecture, Engineering, UX, and Agile Delivery teams to define solution options and product direction.

·         Lead evaluation and estimation of solution alternatives to achieve desired business outcomes.

·         Translate strategic objectives into features, outcomes, and measurable success criteria.

·         Create and maintain future-state process flows, diagrams, mappings, and supporting documentation for hand-off to Product Owner & IT Team. Identify process changes required for successful implementation of new features

·         Drive cross-functional alignment and facilitate prioritization and roadmap planning discussions.

·         Coordinate release strategies and ensure readiness for successful business adoption.

·         Establish continuous feedback loops to monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.

·         Measure value realization, track product outcomes, and adjust strategy based on results.

·         Conduct regular collaboration sessions with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to align priorities and roadmap execution.

·         Serve as the primary advocate for the product and the key liaison between business and technology teams. 

Key Qualifications

·         8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Business Analysis, or related roles.

·         Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.

·         Strong expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and product discovery.

·         Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across Business, Architecture, Engineering, and Agile Delivery.

·         Experience developing business cases, conducting current-state assessments, and defining future-state solutions.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate solution options and drive strategic decisions.

·         Experience translating complex business needs into product features, epics, and outcomes.

·         Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe product management practices.

·         Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

·         Ability to define and track OKRs, measure value realization, and drive continuous product improvement.

·         Healthcare payer and claims operations experience preferred.

·         Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud required . Experience with enterprise digital transformation initiatives preferred.
