Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer - Cloud Data Platforms

ClickHouse is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our global Support Engineering team. This remote-friendly role requires supporting users across APJ, APAC, and EMEA, with interactions via chat, calls, Slack, and video meetings.

You will own a wide range of tasks from triaging tickets to contributing to pre- and post-sales activities and collaborating with our GTM and Product teams. You'll mentor colleagues, help create customer-ready solutions, and improve our support practices.
