Applied Scientist, Talent Intelligence

Amazon is seeking an Applied Scientist, Talent Intelligence to build data-driven insights that shape how we attract, develop, and retain talent across our global retail business. You will apply machine learning, statistical modeling, and experimentation to large-scale talent and labor market data, developing predictive models and decision tools for recruiting, internal mobility, and workforce planning. Partnering with HR, business, and tech teams, you will translate ambiguous people-related questions into analytical solutions, productionize models on AWS, and communicate clear recommendations that improve hiring quality, speed, and employee experience in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment.
