Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong experience in Data Analytics, Python, Generative AI, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering. The candidate should have strong structural and analytical thinking skills and be able to understand business requirements and translate them into effective AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with OpenAI GPT and/or Anthropic Claude, along with the ability to design, test, and optimize prompts for business and analytical use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and data requirements and translate them into analytical and AI-driven solutions.
• Work with Generative AI, AI Agents, and LLM-based applications to solve business problems.
• Develop and optimize effective prompts and prompt templates for GPT/Claude-based applications.
• Understand business context and convert business requirements into clear prompts, workflows, and analytical approaches.
• Perform data analysis, data interpretation, data validation, and data quality checks using Python and SQL.
• Develop Python scripts for data analysis, transformation, automation, and reporting.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate analytical findings.
• Evaluate AI/LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and business usefulness.
• Design and improve AI agent workflows and LLM-powered analytical processes.
• Perform prompt testing, refinement, and optimization based on business requirements.
• Create analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights.
• Work with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
• Document analytical methodologies, AI workflows, prompts, and business requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Data Analytics / Data Analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Good understanding of Generative AI and AI Agents / Agentic AI.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering / Prompt Design.
• Experience working with OpenAI GPT and/or Anthropic Claude.
• Strong structural thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective prompts and analytical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with data cleaning, transformation, validation, and analysis.
• Good understanding of statistics and data interpretation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to explain technical/AI concepts clearly to business users.

Good to Have

• Experience with LLM applications and AI Agent frameworks.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
• Experience with APIs and integrating LLMs into applications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience evaluating and benchmarking LLM outputs.
