The Role

• Lead Integration & Test program planning and execution for verification and validation activities.
• Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing.
• Lead complex integration activities, including the development of test environments and tools.
• Take ownership of several project components or a complex part of a larger project.
• Provide mentoring, technical guidance, and coaching to less experienced engineers.
• Identify interdependencies between products and programs, planning integration and test events accordingly.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; Master's degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a primary focus on Test Engineering.
• Proven background in Radar-focused software and hardware system integration and test activities.
• Experience leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Radar Systems and proficiency in C++, Linux, and/or digital hardware.
• Experience with MATLAB for tool development/systems analysis.
