Multi-Specialty Account Manager | Tampa, FL | Hybrid | $110,000 - $126,000 + $40,500 incentive target
We're hiring on behalf of a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing brain health and transforming lives. The Role
• Lead the promotion of a psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge.
• Develop and implement data-driven business plans and strategies to maximize sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence and apply therapeutic area expertise to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Effectively navigate reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and regulatory environments and company policies.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2-5 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience.
• Proven ability to master disease and product knowledge, with annual certification.
• Strong self-starter work ethic, tenacity, and excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and computer skills.
• Must reside within 40 miles of the specified territory and possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
