Contracts Technical Writer

We are seeking a Technical Writer with experience drafting and managing MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other business agreements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of legal, privacy, security, finance, and procurement processes, along with experience maintaining contract documentation in SharePoint. Familiarity with Health IT, interoperability, health information exchange (HIE), and Medicaid Advance Planning Documents (APDs). The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure agreements are accurate, compliant, and well managed throughout the contract lifecycle.
