 Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Kinaxis Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing supply chain planning solutions using the Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Kinaxis configuration, scripting, data modeling, integrations, and supply chain planning processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing supply chain planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance solutions on the Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) platform.
• Build and maintain Kinaxis data models, applications, workbooks, dashboards, and custom solutions.
• Develop business rules, calculated fields, scripts, and automation to support planning processes.
• Configure and customize planning modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning, and S&OP.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Kinaxis and enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, ERP, WMS, MES, and other third-party systems.
• Perform data validation, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Support production deployments and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews and solution design discussions.
• Support Agile development methodologies and participate in sprint planning and release activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Kinaxis architecture, data models, tables, worksheets, and dashboards.
• Experience developing custom solutions, business rules, and scripts within Kinaxis.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning concepts including:
• Demand Planning
• Supply Planning
• Inventory Planning
• Production Planning
• Capacity Planning
• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ETL processes, APIs, and integration technologies.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) certification.
• Experience with SAP APO, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM Cloud, Blue Yonder, or other Supply Chain Planning platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud-based supply chain planning solutions.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale supply chain transformation projects.

Must-Have Experience

• Hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) development experience.
• Experience configuring and customizing Kinaxis applications.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning business processes.
• Experience with Kinaxis integrations and data management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Kinaxis solutions for performance and scalability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
