Data Center Technician

As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will help operate and support mission-critical infrastructure powering AWS and global e commerce. You'll install, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, storage, and networking gear in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment. Working within the IT & Technical Support organization, you will respond to incidents, perform preventive maintenance, and follow rigorous security and safety standards. You'll collaborate with engineers, use data and monitoring tools to drive root-cause fixes, and continuously improve reliability at massive scale.
