Job Description

Power Platform Consultant

Salary: £55,000-£65,000
Location: Remote, UK
Start: ASAP

The role

We're looking for an experienced Power Platform Functional Consultant to join our clients growing Microsoft technology practice.

You'll design and deliver modern solutions across the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem, working with clients from initial requirements and solution design through to implementation, handover and optimisation.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges and is excited by the growing use of AI, automation and agent-based technology.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and deliver solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams and Copilot Studio.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and supportable solutions.

  • Establish effective environment strategy, ALM, governance and DLP controls.

  • Advise on Power Platform licensing, capacity and cost optimisation.

  • Own delivery commitments, estimates, timelines and quality of outcomes.

  • Manage stakeholder communication and provide clear documentation and handover.

  • Promote best practice across security, compliance, UX and platform governance.

  • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve business processes.

About you

You'll have:

  • Strong commercial experience across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end Power Platform solutions.

  • Experience with Copilot Studio and/or AI Builder and AI-enabled solutions.

  • Good knowledge of enterprise governance, environments, DLP and ALM.

  • Experience with Power Fx, custom connectors, solution management and the Power Platform Admin Centre.

  • Understanding of Power Platform licensing and capacity models.

  • Experience with PowerShell or CLI tools for administration and configuration.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and delivery skills.

  • A practical, user-focused approach and a commitment to quality.

  • Dynamics 365 experience would be advantageous.
Security clearance

Some projects may require SC clearance. Candidates for these projects will generally need to have lived in the UK for at least five consecutive years, subject to the requirements of the clearance process.
