Project Description

Supports the Program Director by:

• Coordinating Epic workbook completion and follow-ups across organizations
• Tracking deliverables across Phase 0:
• Workflow documentation
• Cost inputs
• Staffing inputs
• Third-party dependencies
• Managing dependencies across:
• Infrastructure
• Vendor decisions
• Workflow readiness
• Maintaining:
• Detailed workplan
• Risks, issues, and assumptions
• Organizing cost model inputs and documentation for leadership review
