Job Description

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns that promote our casino, hotel, dining, and entertainment offerings. In this fast-paced, guest-first role, you'll help plan and execute promotions, events, and digital initiatives that reflect our tribal values and welcoming culture. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing materials, assisting with social media and email, gathering content from across the property, and tracking basic campaign metrics. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about hospitality and entertainment marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of resort and casino marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-property channels
  • Coordinate promotions, events, and giveaways to drive guest visits and engagement
  • Create and edit marketing content, including emails, social posts, flyers, and in-property signage
  • Assist with social media scheduling, monitoring, and basic community engagement
  • Track and report on campaign performance, guest response, and ROI using basic analytics tools
  • Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and asset libraries to ensure on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with designers, vendors, and internal departments to produce materials and meet branding standards
  • Ensure consistent brand voice that reflects tribal values and a guest-first culture
  • Support market research, guest feedback collection, and competitive reviews
  • Assist with on-site event setup, signage placement, and promotional fulfillment as needed
