This role involves working on both new and existing projects, focusing on the development, maintenance, and updating of our software products, with a particular emphasis on HL7 and related interface development. Day-to-day of

the role:

Extend HL7 interfaces as required by business and product expansion.<br />Develop non-HL7 data transport interfaces as needed.<br />Assist in the development and design of software units and applications to meet specifications.<br />Develop software units and applications according to design specifications.<br />Participate in the production of technical documentation.<br />Write efficient, well-structured code, conforming to current standards.<br />Contribute to improvements in the development process.Required Skills &amp;

Qualifications:

A university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related science subject.<br />Strong understanding of HL7 and FHIR message exchange protocols.<br />Sound understanding of NHS data standards.<br />Expertise in .NET, C#, C++.<br />Familiarity with version control systems such as SVN, GIT.<br />Some familiarity with SQL Database engines (MS SQL Server preferred), Stored Procedures, and Optimisation.<br />At least 2 years of relevant development industry experience.<br />Experience in an agile development environment is desirable.Desirable Attributes: Experience with clinical safety standards (DCB0129/0160, IEC 62304).<br />Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry and NHS.<br />Exposure to medical device software or diagnostic platforms.<br />Unit testing framework experience (e.g., MSTest, NUnit, NSubstitute).Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.<br />Flexible working options, including remote work.<br />Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.How to apply: To apply for the HL7 Interface Developer position, please submit your CV to be considered immediately
